This is the first time I have tried one of those lace up deep v-neck outfits. I have seen these items all over H&M and Forever 21, but was a little weary on trying it. After finding this midi dress at M.Fredric, I found that it adds just enough of sexy but leaves still a lot covered to where I don't feel absolutely naked out and about. This is probably the last time to wear something on the sleeveless side, since LA is deciding to enter the colder days of the year. I am fine while it lasted, but ready for more sweater weather, that lasts past 11AM. Do you feel like the lace up should be left for the younger generation? or do you think its acceptable?

All The Right Moves
{C/MEO Collective Skirt, Vintage Sweater, Vintage bag, and Wild Diva Shoes}
I hoard sweaters. I really don't know why, since I have lived in LA for the past 6 years and haven't returned to the east coast long enough to experience any "weather". Yet, I still have a cabinet full of thick sweaters. There are ones that I have kept and not worn to have as a "maybe someday I will be in a cold place and might actually need it". We all know, after 6 years if you haven't worn it - just get rid of it. Apparently I didn't follow those rules - at all. Now I am currently packing a box of sweaters to mail to the east coast using all those thicker than LA can ever wear sweaters. Finally for once I am thankful that I didn't toss something and actually kept it. When the weather in LA dipped to being 50s, I decided to take a sweater for a run in this C/MEO Collective Skirt. Kind of excited to wear something like this on the East Coast longer in the day than just a few hours...

A California Fall
{Broadway & Broome Dress, Report Signature Booties, Street Level Bag}
This is almost like pajama day for me, due to the fact that this dress is about the easiest and most comfortable slip on in the world. It's definitely a go to for me when the weather gets a little cooler and I still refuse to wear pants. I am a fan of long sleeve dresses in the winter. My legs don't get as cold as my upper body would in colder temperatures, so I am pretty comfortable in long sleeves and a bare leg combo. I am probably that idiot you see in LA wearing a sweater, jean shorts and boots... because I really don't care as long as my upper body is cozy.

A Little Bit Old West
{ASOS Dress, Shoemint Heels}
Coach makes a dress similar to this that I have been eyeing, which you can see here. Unfortunately I went with more of the save option and found this one on ASOS for a great price. What I loved the most from the Coach dress was the shoulder and back design and since this ASOS one had exactly that, it was a win win for me. Since the weather get a little cooler come November the long-sleeves will keep me ample warm.
