I recently wore this same outfit in Memphis last year. I was missing that sweet southern town so I felt like putting this exact outfit on again. We ended up going to a fair that day in Tennessee that this outfit felt perfect for (minus the caged heels - I wore boots that day). When the humidity rolled in, it was nice to take the button up off and wear just the black dress underneath by itself.
