Sparkle Balance

{No Label Sweater, English Rose Skirt}

I own a large amount of sequin skirts, and I have no idea why. I feel when I am shopping, as soon as I see something sparkly - I must buy it. This was one of those buys. I am planning on wearing it this New Years Eve with a sweater for a more casual approach. I don't have any going out plans, just hanging out with family and friends so I think this is a perfect pairing for me. Be safe out there!!

Elizabeth and James has long been one of my favorite collections. Their pieces pull together outfits, or are stand alone pieces that stand out but in a chic way. This Cavalry blazer was everything I wanted in a blazer or jacket. The shoulder pieces can be unsnapped to wash or just not to wear. The sleeves have a cool slit up the wrists for added flare and structure, and the fit alone hugs to the body instead of being boxy. For me this is perfect for any jean combo or even a sleek dress. 

Wild West

I am not sure If I would consider my style Bohemian, I find myself to be scattered across the board, but I do love Free People's Bohemian looks. I always love to incorporate at least one of their pieces I have purchased into an outfit, which to me makes it feel more relaxed. With this flowy cover top, it's super airy and loose which is perfect for me on a casual dressy outfit.

Sweater Simple

I am currently gearing up to head back out to Boston in a few weeks. Just finishing a few small projects here and its the start of a two month vacation. It's going to be nice being near family during the holidays and to go home with a more refreshed outlook. Since I am going to be living out of a suitcase, a simple sweater like this is perfect to pack. Don't worry, I will be shipping a box of clothing home - because a girl can't just have one item to wear..
